Custom embroidery & transfers

Made to
represent you.

Custom embroidery and transfers for businesses, schools, teams, clubs, events, and organizations.

01 Positioning

Your colors.Your mark.Your people.

We turn the ideas that identify your organization into work people are proud to wear. Not a catalog. A production partner who helps you decide what to make, how to make it, and how it should look on the people wearing it.

Every project starts as a conversation about who you are and who will be wearing it. The garment, the method and the placement follow from there.

Services: Embroidery, DTF transfers, HTV, Caps, Polos, Jackets, Heavyweight tees, Uniforms, Bags, Creative guidance.

02 Who we make for

Built for your people.

Six kinds of customers, one standard of work. If your group needs to look like it belongs together, this is the list you are already on.

  • 01 Businesses Staff uniforms, client gifts, brand apparel
  • 02 Schools Departments, staff, student organizations
  • 03 Teams Rosters, warmups, coaching staff, parents
  • 04 Clubs Members, chapters, creative collectives
  • 05 Events Staff, volunteers, attendees, sponsors
  • 06 Organizations Nonprofits, churches, community groups

03 Services

From artwork to application.

Four ways to put your identity on a garment. Which one is right depends on the artwork, the fabric and how the piece will be worn.

  • 01

    Embroidery

Dimensional, durable stitching for polos, caps, jackets, uniforms, bags, and more.

Right when: Best when you want weight and permanence. Stitching reads as considered on structured garments and survives industrial laundering.

  • 02

    DTF transfers

Detailed, full-color artwork with a clean finish across a wide variety of garments.

Right when: Best for gradients, photographic detail, fine linework, and large front or back graphics on softer fabrics.

  • 03

    HTV

Precise names, numbers, lettering, and graphics for teams, events, and coordinated apparel.

Right when: Best for individualized pieces. Rosters, staff names, event years, and clean single-color type.

  • 04

    Creative guidance

Help with placement, sizing, garment selection, production methods, and preparing artwork.

Right when: Best if you have an idea but not a file. We work out what the piece should be before anything is produced.

Not sure what you need? Tell us what you are creating and we will recommend the process.

04 The work

Your identity,
down to the last stitch.

Quality is decided long before the machine runs. Fabric weight against stitch density, backing against stretch, thread against color, placement against how a person actually stands in the garment.

  • 01Artwork reviewed and digitized for the method, not forced into it
  • 02Garment and fabric matched to the application and the wear
  • 03Placement and sizing proofed before the run begins
  • 04Every piece inspected and finished before it leaves

05 Process

Bring the vision.
We'll make it wearable.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you're creating

Your organization, the occasion, roughly how many, and any artwork you already have.

  2. 02

    We refine the details

Garment, method, placement, sizing and color get worked out together.

  3. 03

    Review your quote and proof

You see the numbers and the layout before anything is produced.

  4. 04

    We produce your project

Production, inspection and finishing, with a check-in if anything needs a decision.

Final pricing depends on quantity, garment, artwork, number of placements, colors, and production method. A quote request is not an order and does not commit you to anything.

07 About

Close-up of an embroidery machine needle and presser foot, warmly lit against a dark background with thread running down to the plate.

Beautiful work starts with listening.

Simply Beautiful is a woman-owned custom apparel studio. Every project is handled directly by the person who will produce it, which is why the questions come first and the quote comes second.

Most people arrive with a logo, a rough idea, or a group of people who need to look like they belong together. The job is to turn that into something specific: the right garment, the right method, the right placement, at a quantity that makes sense.

If your name is going on it, it should look like you meant it.

Let's talk it through.

Tell us what you're making and we'll help you work out the right garment, the right method, and the right quantity. This is a conversation, not an order — nothing is produced and nothing is charged until you've seen a quote and approved a proof.

Helpful to mention

  • Who it's for — business, school, team, club, event or organization
  • Roughly how many pieces, even a range
  • What you'd like it on — tees, polos, caps, jackets, bags, or not decided yet
  • Where the design should go, and how many spots
  • When you need them by
